RETURN POLICY
All orders are custom made to the customer’s specifications. Returns may be made only with prior approval by Solid Covers. Requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product. Returns will be approved only if the product is received damage, requiring a picture to be sent at the time of the return request, or if the product was not manufactured to the specifications given by the customer.
WARRANTY
10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Solid Covers warrants its products to the original purchaser that its products are free of manufacturing and/or material defects for a period of ten (10) years under normal use and service, subject to conditions and limitations listed below. The Warranty is non-transferrable from the original purchaser. At the sole discretion of Solid Covers, Inc., the defective product may be repaired or replaced or the purchase price refunded to the purchaser. This Warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by faulty or improper installation; normal weathering; defects caused by accident, fire, flood, acts of God, vandalism, riot or civil disorder; misuse; abuse by harmful fumes, vapors, solvents, chemicals or chemical pollutants in the atmosphere; mildew; building settlement or structural failures of walls or foundations; or occurrences beyond the control of Solid Covers, Inc.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER APPLICABLE WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABLILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not permit limitations on the duration of implied warranties or exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.
LABOR
Labor costs are not included in this Warranty and neither Solid Covers nor its distributors will be responsible for any costs incurred in the removal, replacement, installation or re-installation of our products or any part thereof, furnished by Solid Covers under this Warranty.
PRODUCT CHANGES
Solid Covers reserves the rights to discontinue or change any product, brand or any color that it fabricates. Solid Covers has the right to substitute a defective product it determines to replace with another similar product considered by Solid Covers to be of equal quality and price and as close as possible to the same color.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
To file a claim under this Warranty, original purchaser must send proof of purchase, a picture of the defective product and a written description to:

Solid Covers reserves the right to investigate any properly filed claim. Upon verification of a claim, Solid Covers will, at its sole discretion, either arrange for the delivery of a replacement product or issue a refund equal to the original cost of the product only.
